Emu (emu.co.uk) are a short loan company that pride themselves on both their ease of use and high acceptance rate.

Unlike some lenders, Emu welcome people with a bad credit score so you can still apply with less than perfect credit.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

To apply for a loan with Emu could not be simpler. You need to be at least 18 years old, be a UK resident and have a bank account with a debit card. You also need a telephone number and an email address so you can be contacted about the loan.

LOAN AMOUNT AND CHARGES:

Emu offer loans of between £50 and £1500. You can borrow for a maximum of 30 days.

PROCESS:

Provided that you meet the requirements set out above you simply use the slider on the Emu homepage to set the amount you would like to borrow and the duration of the loan and press the apply button. Once you have filled in the easy to use application form you will be presented with a loan offer detailing the amount and the repayment terms, you can then decide whether to accept the loan.

PAYMENT:

Emu can usually deposit the loan into your bank account within the hour.

Repayment is made on the date agreed in your loan offer. The loan amount and any interest will be taken in one payment.

It was a good service from Emu.co.uk. My car radiator exploded and it cost me £220 to fix it. I had the money so that in itself wasn\'t the problem, but fixing the car meant I had no money for rent the next week :(

I asked Emu for £300 but I filled in the forms wrong and they couldn\'t verify my info. Fair enough, that was my fault. So they emailed me and it was fixed and I had the money the same day anyway. Maybe the forms could be a little easier, or maybe it was just my fault I can\'t remember. I got the money so all good in the end :)

My cat got really sick and I took it to the vet last Friday. The vet said he was\'t going to treat Bubbles unless I paid him but I had no money! Unbelievable they should treat animals anyway and let you pay later! Anyway I used Emu.co.uk on my phone and I got £500 that same day. The vet got his money and Bubbles got his broken leg fixed back up.

I\'m not happy with the vet but I would use emu again if the worst happened! Thanks for the help everyone. Next I will get some pet insurance too I think.

I borrowed £300 from Emu and the service was good.... the money showed in my bank within 20 minutes?

Their forms were easy to use and I filled it all in online so it couldn\'t be easier really. I was concerned they were going to call my boss. They didn\'t phone my house or employer which was good as I didn\'t really want anyone to know I was using a payday loan company. I don\'t think they credit checked either. Handy as I probably wouldn\'t have passed.

All in I would recommend Emu if you need some quick money without any checks or hassles.
